Our Policy

Please carry the valid identification cards (I.D)/address proof of yourself and all the adult Members’ accompanying you. VOTER I.D, DRIVING LICENCE , ADHARA CARD .ETC... Pan card will not be considered as valid address proof.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly. 

Check-in time is 11:00 A.M, Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.

On cancellation by E.mail Before 15 days of check in date : 75% refund, Between 15 days to 7 days 50% refund, Less than 7 days (i.e six days before check in date ), No-Shows or Early Checkout , health problem , train misses, any natural calamity/disasters , Any miss-happening : NO REFUND. PLEASE NOTE:- If the booking is made within 7 days (i.e six days before check in date ) the booking will be NON -REFUNDABLE.
